Responsibility

  • manage & reconcile Cashbooks and post receipts/payments and reconciliation to computer system and Bank Statements
  • create & review the weekly payment run with the Financial Controller
  • ensure full reconciliation of Purchase and Sales Ledger Control accounts in line with the Monthly Management Accounts
  • manage & reconcile the cashflow data, including reconciling the cashflow reports, both internal & group-level and forecasting the future liquidity of the business & review with the Financial Controller
  • manage the over “90 Days” debtors lists and successfully collect the overdue debts ensuring the “90 Days %” is within company standard
  • to control the expenses payments in line with the Company Policy and prepare journal postings
  • to ensure Product Selling Prices on Sage agree with commercial master documents ensuring accuracy of sales invoicing. Assisting with Monitoring the Price Files in the system
  • managing current low-level of external online stock and action with relevant sales invoicing
