- this role requires a flexible working location split between Head Office, client sites , and home
- excellent organisational skills and administrative skills to manage and maintain information and communications
- relationship building / interpersonal skills - able to build a good rapport with wide-ranging stakeholders including clients, senior management, suppliers, and operational teams
- project management skills - high level of attention to detail, ability to handle multiple ongoing projects, data capture, and analysis when required
Responsibility
- population and communication of a mobilisation plan, risk register and milestone tracker. Updated regularly, and provided to clients and respective Principle teams
- take minutes and actions from client meetings sharing with all relevant parties and ensuring actions are completed as agreed
- creation of new company forms making sure they adhere to company formatting standards as directed by Principle Cleaning departmental leads/managers
