Responsibility

• responsible for organising project site works, obtaining & maintaining works program

• resourcing, monitoring, inducting and control of project subbies
• managing the project & co-ordinating with the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
• carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project
• ensure all variations to projects are quantified, recorded and approved by clients
• you may be expected to work additional hours to meet deadlines and paid overtime is unlikely
• identifying & resolving site clashes or procurement issues, ensure project continuity of work for subbies, attend site meetings, communicate project problems or issues back to your Lead Project Manager
• submit project payment claims to PHVAC accounts department, weekly approval on PHVAC Access system your project purchase invoices, bring project in on budget or better, while building, nurturing and promoting good business relationships with our clients

Requirements

• competent in both Air Conditioning & Ventilation
• excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
• strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead your project team

Responsibility

• attending and carrying out programmed service visits
• attending breakdown calls, with fault finding on AC & Vent systems, electrically, mechanically and refrigeration wise
• you will be answerable our Service Manager

• communicate your findings back to your Service Manager or Project Manager involved, while at all times, building, nurturing and promoting good business relationships with our clients
• you will also be involved in working with our Commissioning Engineer on Commissioning or doing pre-commissioning checks on new AC & Vent installations, taking part in handover client demonstrations
• your role will ultimately lead to ensuring that our customers get faults resolved professionally and efficiently, leading onto repeat business for Principal HVAC

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• knowledge in Ventilation & AC Systems
• good written and verbal communication skills
