Responsibility
manage the Plastic Surgeon's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
coordinate and manage logistics for patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments
prepare correspondence and reports, including patient letters, medical records, and insurance claims
respond to patient inquiries and follow up on any issues or concerns
primrose Plastic Surgery Limited is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery company that provides surgical services in the East Midlands. It aims to provide the highest level of care for its patients
manage inventory of office supplies and surgical materials, and place orders as needed
maintain the Plastic Surgeon's electronic medical records system and ensure patient data is accurate and up-to-date
liaise with other medical professionals, including nurses, anaesthetists, and surgical assistants
Requirements
familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
at least 1 year of experience working on social media, marketing and administration or in a similar role
at least 1 year of experience working as a medical secretary or in a similar role
proven experience as a Personal Assistant
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
experience working with phone systems, including multi-line phones
