Responsibility
- you should be professional, polite, with great attention to detail. Always be prepared, responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly
- communicating with client and customer base, ensuring all requirements are met/mitigated to their satisfaction
- review issued specifications, drawings and other relevant documents, issuing tender clarifications and updates to the respective clients
- onsite liaison with client/customer undertaking the relevant site survey and review
- evaluation of potential project risk on both commercial and deliverable aspects
- producing and delivering accurate electrical and specialist estimates in-line with both specifications and industry requirements
- analysis and scrutiny of supplier and subcontractor quotations
- as a rapidly growing Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, we are currently offering an opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Estimator
Requirements
- experience in presenting tenders to clients on behalf of Primech
- good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- strong understanding of both the residential and commercial construction sectors
- the ability to read tender specifications, drawings and produce detailed pricing cost plans
- the ability to self-manage time and workloads and multi-task various projects sequentially
- experience in a similar role is essential
- ability to liaise and converse with clients in a professional manner
- full UK driver's licence
