- you will speak to customers and engineers over the phone and via email
- we are now looking for a talented and experienced Boiler Customer Service Advisor that shares the same vision as us, essentially, if you do not put the customer at the forefront of everything you do, then you need not apply
- you will deal with customer questions and concerns both over the phone and via email, and you will aim for first contact resolution
- you will have in-depth knowledge and a passion for all things boiler related, you will be able to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot issues, and you will be talented in explaining the problem/s to the customer
Requirements
- excellent organisation and attention to detail

- must be computer literate and have worked with various software packages
