Responsibility
- ensuring that all patient examinations are carried out efficiently and effectively
- perform and report on a range of imaging procedures, including General X-Ray, CT, MRI, Theatre, Fluoroscopy & DEXA
- develop and implement care plans for patients, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required
- provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and their families throughout the imaging process
- ensure that all relevant clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide a seamless and integrated service to our patients
- contribute to the development and implementation of new imaging protocols and techniques
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- at least 3 years of post-registration experience, with some evidence of CPD
- demonstration of competence in general, mobile, theatre, fluoroscopy
- experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- excellent clinical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to keep up to date with the latest developments in radiology and imaging
