working as the Registered Care Manager for Domiciliary, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the care provision, ensuring CQC standards are met and leading the team to deliver a person-centred service
the post is office based but on call duties are required
as the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and running of the business, compiling rotas, care assessments, risk assessments and care plans
managing service user staff teams, carry out supervisions, oversee rota management, conduct project spot checks, and visits to the service user homes
applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance
