Responsibility

  • the Registered Manager will also take a leading role in the growth of domiciliary care provided by Prime Care - Essex
  • you will also attend and actively participate in regular staff/team meetings whilst developing and maintaining relationships with external professionals
  • prime Care Domiciliary - Essex is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager for our domiciliary care service based at our Colchester Office
  • working as the Registered Care Manager for Domiciliary, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the care provision, ensuring CQC standards are met and leading the team to deliver a person-centred service
  • the post is office based but on call duties are required
  • as the Registered Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and running of the business, compiling rotas, care assessments, risk assessments and care plans
  • managing service user staff teams, carry out supervisions, oversee rota management, conduct project spot checks, and visits to the service user homes
  • applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance
