  • you will be helping to assist and build reputable relationships with schools and clients, mainly using the Windows Operating System
  • this role may involve on-site client visits in the local area
  • we are a privately owned IT company based in the Hertfordshire. We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking 1st Line Support Technician to join our expanding team
  • as an IT Technician, you will be responsible for dealing with 1st line support to resolve issues on Desktops, Laptops primarily in the education sector
  • you will be assisting to solve issues on a help desk within the main office, offering telephone, email and also face to face support

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • windows OS & Desktop Networking
  • office 365
  • PC Diagnostics & Fix Knowledge on Apple, Android
  • virtualisation is an advantage but not essential
  • please be prepared to discuss previous knowledge and experience of these areas at the interview
  • you will be friendly but professional in your approach and be confident to build strong relationships with clients
  • you will have great attention to detail and be able to manage your time effectively working well under pressure
