Responsibility
customise the Salesforce Enterprise Edition to meet the needs of various stakeholders form Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Management
ensure that the data is true and accurate within Salesforce, including regular data cleansing and de-duplication efforts
support and enhance integration between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency
work with other teams to identify business requirements, develop workflows, and implement automation processes
develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and approval processes
implement and manage new integrations
create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce and where applicable external dashboarding software such as Kluster for decision-making purposes
Requirements
minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment
salesforce Administrator certification is required
strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings
experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency and integrity
works well in data management, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing techniques
strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
