PRIM SHORT STAYS is looking for employees for positions:
- clean and maintain properties, common areas, and other designated areas according to established standards
- change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties such as sweeping and mopping
- clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- adhere to all safety and security procedures
- in this role, leveraging your keen attention to detail to maintain our accommodations at the highest standards is essential
- housekeeping: 3 years
- as we continue to grow, we are in search of an experienced Housekeeper to join our team based in the Nottingham area
- acquire of new clients to expand our property portfolio
- provide regular KPI reporting to track and optimize sales performance
- ability to qualify leads and efficiently filter out time-wasters
- proactively seek out local businesses in the Nottingham area for an in-person approach
- identify and attend relevant networking events to expand business connections
- secure direct guest sales for bookings along side the guest sales team as required
- identify and cold call companies requiring short stay accommodations for their staff
- establish Prim Short Stay as the preferred choice for corporate/ government housing solutions
