this is an extremely varied yet fundamental role working within a small construction company
accounts
receive and process invoices for payment
raising invoices for works carried out
payment of salaries and subcontractor wages
the role centres upon the day to day running of the business and would suit someone who enjoys being the glue that holds everything together with the ability to turn their hand to anything that arises
updating and reconciling payments and receipts on Xero
Requirements
good all-round accounts and administration experience. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
high level of attention to detail
professional phone manner
quick learner with the ability to familiarise yourself with new systems and capable of working autonomously
