- maintenance person required for the prideaux group
- 3 care homes in Eastbourne, Polegate and Little common
- we are looking for someone who has knowledge of fire regulations, health and safety and water temperature safety
- 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Emergency on-calls and ability to do overtime to suit the needs of the business
- the candidate must have their own transport and tools and be able to travel between the 3 care homes as required
- pay is negotiable dependent on ability and experience
- you need to have the ability to carry out re-decoration work, general repairs, basic plumbing, garden maintenance and complete relevant paperwork for all checks carried out
- part-time hours: 25 per week
