Responsibility

  • conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities relevant to key accounts
  • collect, analyze, and synthesize customer-specific data to identify business opportunities and threats
  • collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop actionable insights that guide customer strategies and decision-making
  • research target markets for opportunities
  • map and understand key account opportunities
  • monitor customer behaviors, purchasing patterns, and feedback to recommend improvements in product offerings and services
  • track and report on competitors' activities and identify key differentiators
  • build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize customer intelligence for cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • experience in market research, business intelligence, or a related role is a plus
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • experience with CRM systems is a strong plus, in particular Hubspot CRM
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to various stakeholders
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
