Responsibility

  • act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across all multi-channel touch points
  • briefing the shoot teams daily and ensuring teams are clear on the daily objectives
  • work with the SHOC and graphic design and production teams as well as all relevant business functions to develop and sign off all seasonal and non seasonal campaigns across all channels
  • work closely with the SHOC and wider design team to ensure that all design work is in line with Debenhams group brand strategies, including presenting to board of directors wherever necessary
  • your primary objective is to consistently produce high-quality fashion imagery, guided by the Head of Studio and Brand Director
  • working ad hoc projects when required
  • working closely with the Studio Management team to support and coach and develop the Shoot team
