junior designer
Responsibility
supporting the design team, you’ll create knitwear designs across all categories and liaise with the buying and technical team to ensure expectations for the final product are met
identifying new product opportunities to ensure our knitwear collections continue to be inspirational and competitive
pr manager

analyse sales from influencer posts and feedback to the team
prepare weekly and monthly influencer and PR reports
manage and co-ordinate founders interviews and profile requests
marketing manager

maintaining and building relationships with influencers and interacting with them on DM & email
researching and building relationships with new influencers based in different countries that are on brand for Pretty Lavish
capitalise on press, celeb stylists and industry contacts to maximise editorial opportunities for Pretty Lavish
managing the marketing strategies, brand events and planning of influencer edits
preparing monthly influencer and PR reports and strategy presentations for directors
analysing sales from influencer posts and feed back to the team
updating the influencer marketing sheet with orders to process
Requirements
PR experience gained in-house and/or agency
experience working with influencers and building strong working relationships
experienced in managing influencer campaigns
strong existing relationships with key media contacts
proven track record of developing PR strategies and tactics
well-organised and motivated
experience working in a Fashion, Lifestyle or Retail brand
management accountant

assisting with the preparation monthly management accounts
preparing balance sheets reconciliation
complete quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with any changes to VAT
raising sales invoices and debt collection
assist with the preparation of cashflow
working closely with and providing support to the wider finance function
contribute to the delivery of year end financial statements and corporation tax process
prepare departmental reporting and variance analysis partnering with teams across the business to understand costs and performance and drive collective insight
Requirements
qualified or part qualified ACA / ACCA or equivalent
excellent communication and team working skills
start up mindset and works well in small teams
ability to work in a fast paced environment
experience using an accounts software would be desirable, we currently use Xero
experience in retail finance is desirable but not essential
