  • updating the influencer marketing sheet with orders to process

Requirements

  • PR experience gained in-house and/or agency
  • experience working with influencers and building strong working relationships
  • experienced in managing influencer campaigns
  • strong existing relationships with key media contacts
  • proven track record of developing PR strategies and tactics
  • well-organised and motivated
  • experience working in a Fashion, Lifestyle or Retail brand

  • assisting with the preparation monthly management accounts
  • preparing balance sheets reconciliation
  • complete quarterly VAT returns, ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with any changes to VAT
  • raising sales invoices and debt collection
  • assist with the preparation of cashflow
  • working closely with and providing support to the wider finance function
  • contribute to the delivery of year end financial statements and corporation tax process
  • prepare departmental reporting and variance analysis partnering with teams across the business to understand costs and performance and drive collective insight

Requirements

  • qualified or part qualified ACA / ACCA or equivalent
  • excellent communication and team working skills
  • start up mindset and works well in small teams
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • experience using an accounts software would be desirable, we currently use Xero
  • experience in retail finance is desirable but not essential
