- monitoring any changes in dispatch of the homes and notify the scheduler and Customers accordingly and re-plan in works
- ensuring all supporting documentation is assigned to each internal finishing job for the Engineers, such as floor plans and specifications
- performing check calls 1 week before the visit to ensure the visit can go ahead as planned
- responsible for all the booking in of the internal finishing jobs in advance, ensuring the Customers are aware of our expectations in relation to commissioning
