- monitoring any changes in dispatch of the homes and notify the scheduler and Customers accordingly and re-plan in works
Show more +14 - ensuring all supporting documentation is assigned to each internal finishing job for the Engineers, such as floor plans and specifications
- performing check calls 1 week before the visit to ensure the visit can go ahead as planned
- responsible for all the booking in of the internal finishing jobs in advance, ensuring the Customers are aware of our expectations in relation to commissioning
- health & Safety
- ensure safe working practices are maintained and current legislation adhered to
- comply with company health and safety policy and procedure
- keeping progress spreadsheets for any live contracts and ensuring this information is shared with the Customers and lead engineers to the contract
- maintain good housekeeping standards and improve where necessary
- support the front of house team on incoming Customer emails and calls, this would be at busier periods and also to cover both sickness and holiday
- to ensure they wear correct PPE at all times as working without a warehouse environment
- buddy to 2 x Senior Engineers and 4 x Engineer groups, this will be to support for any ad hoc requirements throughout the working week and their weekly handovers
