PRESTIGE CARE AGENCY SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • provide leadership and support to the staff team and ensure that a safe and efficient service is maintained
  • supervise support staff and effectively evaluate individual performance, recognising good practice whilst identifying and addressing weaker areas of practice
  • liaise with outside agencies and other professionals in order to ensure individuals receive the support they require
  • maintain regular contact with Management in order to discuss team performance, any issues and to provide general feedback
  • to build open, professional relationships with the individuals you are working with ensuring their needs and wishes are encouraged and acted on
  • any Unvaccinated employees will be required to fill out a Covid 19 Risk Assessment

Requirements

  • to work on a full time basis including a share of weekends
  • to be part of the on-call rota
  • attend regular training and development in order to develop within your role
  • offer will be subject to satisfactory references and DBS check
  • support Worker: 3 years
  • care Occupations: 1 year
  • to hold a minimum of level 2 QCF in Health & Social Care and have a willingness to work towards a further level 3 or above
