- dealing face to face with customers, providing advice based on product knowledge and customer's needs
- conduct sales in a friendly, professional and polite manner without being pushy
- we have built a proud reputation for offering the best products and the highest level of customer service to our customers, and deal with top British bed brands including Harrison Spinks, Hypnos, Vispring and Sealy to name a few
- process and manage customer orders through the entire process
- conduct telephone sales conducted in the same manner
- assisting with shop floor display and point of sale changes
- ensure the showroom and all displays are clean and well maintained
