Responsibility
- prepare and cook healthy, balanced meals for our meal prep service, following recipes and portioning guidelines
- ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard of quality and taste
- work efficiently to meet production deadlines and handle large orders
- maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative menu items
- assist with ingredient prep, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed
- monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary
- ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients and meals to meet health and safety standards
