• significant experience in a direct packaging technology role in a Food/Beverage or Pharmaceutical environment
• science based degree in either Packaging, Materials, Design or Engineering would be an advantage

• institute of Packaging Diploma would be an advantage
• technically competent across a range of packaging material specifications; applications and packing processes including print

• proven people management experience would be an advantage
