PREMIER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:

concierge

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • act as a liaison between residents and management to communicate any concerns or feedback
  • conduct regular inspections of the common areas to ensure they are maintained to a high standard
  • monitor the health and wellbeing of residents and report any concerns to the appropriate persons
  • coordinate with management and external contractors as needed for repairs or maintenance
  • manage inventory of supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking items as needed
  • attend meetings and training sessions as required to maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • participate in marketing and sales efforts by providing tours and information to potential residents and their families
  • ensure the safety and security of the building and its residents, including monitoring access and responding to emergency situations

Requirements

  • experience working with seniors or in a retirement complex
  • first aid and CPR certification
  • experience working in a customer service environment
  • experience carrying out building maintenance works
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organisational and administrative skills
  • flexibility to be available to work unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic computer skills
