Responsibility
- this Data Entry Administrator job provides an exciting opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning business in Darlington
- provide service support to Financial Advisors regarding illustrating and transacting business on to the platforms
- flag any exceptions to Financial Advisors
- provide support to the wider business on a project basis
- monitor and maintain onboarding checks for clients
- ensure trading and cash transaction requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- maintain procedures and other related documents for the platform
- completing general administration tasks, such as sending general letters, data entry, updating systems, scanning etc
Requirements
- you must have experience in customer service and be comfortable speaking with people over the telephone
- you must be strong at problem solving and be able to raise issues to seniors when spotted
- you must be numerate
- ideally, you will have some experience in Financial Services or have an understanding of investments and pensions
- you must be diligent and must remain diligent when doing tedious or repetitive duties
