Responsibility
- conduct and lead root cause analysis into product failures, low yields and product customer complaints
- maintain auditable records of Product NCR’s, Process NCR’s and product customer complaints including corrective actions
- maintain an awareness of results and identify any trends, or out of specification values
- your safety, health, and wellbeing
- investigate any such trends and out of specification values and bring the results of this investigation to management
- the accuracy of your results
- advise on the likely impact of your areas of responsibility in any given production issues
- the legibility of your records
Requirements
- non-conformance reports
- problem solving
- background in a manufacturing environment
- 5 years’ experience in a quality role
- quality Engineering preferably
- HNC/HND in Science or engineering subject, although a Bachelor’s degree preferred
