you will provide day-to-day job management, accounts, admin, and operational support from our Office based in Harlow, Essex

you will work alongside 2 Directors, the Office Manager and 8 Engineers
there will on occasion be lone working
to provide day to day support of our accounts on QuickBooks and our CRM within Servicem8
customer Accounts - receivable, reconciliation, banking, queries, and credit control
an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator who also comes with strong job management, administration, operational and IT skills to join a growing drainage maintenance and repair company
assist in the implementation of systems for more effective processes
Requirements
to have excellent Accounting, CRM skills and rounded experience
an individual who is very good at multi-tasking and enjoys a variety of tasks
excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner
someone who is process and system driven
you will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
be able to learn new skills quickly and take charge of situations with confidence
be self - motivated and a problem solver
