Responsibility

  • you will provide day-to-day job management, accounts, admin, and operational support from our Office based in Harlow, Essex
  • it’s a rewarding opportunity if you thrive on multi-tasking and are keen to develop your skill set and feel valued
  • you will work alongside 2 Directors, the Office Manager and 8 Engineers
  • there will on occasion be lone working
  • to provide day to day support of our accounts on QuickBooks and our CRM within Servicem8
  • customer Accounts - receivable, reconciliation, banking, queries, and credit control
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator who also comes with strong job management, administration, operational and IT skills to join a growing drainage maintenance and repair company
  • assist in the implementation of systems for more effective processes

Requirements

  • to have excellent Accounting, CRM skills and rounded experience
  • an individual who is very good at multi-tasking and enjoys a variety of tasks
  • excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner
  • someone who is process and system driven
  • you will have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • be able to learn new skills quickly and take charge of situations with confidence
  • be self - motivated and a problem solver
