Responsibility
- work closely alongside your Registered Manager to ensure all service users requests are met where possible
- plan and complete weekly rotas for all employees in your branch. Focusing on logistics, efficiency and staff moral to ensure the best rota’s are built
- support to cover all visits on rota as live issues happen. Communicating clearly with staff to help manage wellbeing and ensure Service Users and Staff remain safe under our care
