Responsibility

  • to be the first point of contact, by phone or email
  • respond to enquiries and reminders from clients, account managers and engineers
  • update reports as required to accurately show status of work orders
  • work through backlog of work orders ensuring that they are correctly processed
  • process daily correspondence and documents, upload timely and accurately ensuring that notations are added to the system at every interaction
  • to ensure all client and engineer conversations, documentation and transactions meet with business process regulatory requirements
  • schedule maintenance visits
  • maintain diary management and ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframes
