Responsibility
- first point of contact with customers and suppliers
- process Sales Orders and Invoices
- process supplier invoices
- book and organise company travel for staff and visitors
- order non-essential goods and services
- liaise with customers proactively on progression orders
- handling all ad-hoc internal & external customers’ requests
- regular contact with other departments within organisation
Requirements
- previous experience in a Customer Service role desired but not essential
- possess strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- be an integral part of the site team and buy in to their site values
- flexibility to cover all roles within the administration team
- proactive, open and transparent, result oriented and structured way of working
- proficient in MS Office, knowledge of AX an advantage but not essential
- very good written and verbal communications skills
