managing despatch of Wholesale orders including arranging deliveries and liaising with warehouse/couriers and preparing any necessary paperwork
creating invoices for shipped orders
assisting Retail and Wholesale customers with order queries
processing any order returns
assisting Operations will sales/order forecasting
assisting Customer Service with queries and messages on social media
providing holiday cover across various departments when required
