Responsibility

  • meeting and greeting all clients, visitors, and staff courteously
  • answering calls affably and efficiently, taking clear and detailed messages when necessary, and redirecting to the correct department
  • keeping the reception area/office tidy, at all times
  • maintaining a clean kitchen environment - Twice Daily
  • receiving and distributing all incoming mail to the correct department
  • dispatching jobs using our chosen courier service - Also, following up should any problems arise
  • arranging flights and travel accommodation
  • exhibition administration

Requirements

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a clear telephone manner
  • experience using Sage 200 preferably, but not essential
  • excellent Organisational skills
  • smart/presentable appearance
  • friendly, confident manner
