Responsibility

  • designing, building and optimising new pages, functionality and user experiences across our site and ecosystem
  • maintaining and building APIs to integrate our growing ecosystem of platforms
  • owning web analytics to help us understand our business so that we can improve and grow it
  • researching and educating the team on UX/UI best practices
  • maintaining and updating the existing codebase and it’s packages so that it remains ‘best in class’ in terms of UX/UI and performance
  • working with our Marketing, Athlete Support and Fulfilment teams to give them the tools and tech support needed to grow our business and provide excellent customer service
  • all the electrolyte drinks, gels and team merch you’ll ever need

Requirements

  • significant experience building with React, Webpack
  • experience with Gatsby or similar frameworks, connecting platforms and packages
  • can build and troubleshoot REST / SOAP APIs to integrate new and existing platforms
  • experience with AWS is highly desirable
  • experience using XD, Figma or other prototyping apps is desirable
  • web development: 5 years
  • 5+ years experience working as a web developer, software engineer or similar
  • extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, ES7+, Typescript, Git, GitHub, Node, NPM, Yarn
