- have a background in adult social care/healthcare
- support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to all the staff
- support all decisions made by the Registered Manager
- deputise for the function of the Registered Manager in their absence
- maintain skills at a current level and undertake any training and development required
- we are looking to appoint a professional, experienced Deputy Manager to support our Management & Nursing Team in all aspects of care management and care delivery with the objective to achieve person-centred outcomes for our residents, who we place at the heart of our service
- ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
- ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date
