- second-line support will be provided by existing Precedence senior staff on-site as well as in our offices
- A technician is required immediately to work full-time at Mayflower High School , Billericay. Precedence Technologies provides a managed service to MHS covering all aspects of their IT services
- candidates will be responsible for first-line support for all users; dealing with all IT-related issues, maintaining the IT infrastructure and working with Precedence and the school to ensure the school's IT systems are always functioning as required
- it is expected that a successful candidate will have a good understanding of Windows, Google Workspace/Classroom and general networking, but a willingness to learn, a polite and positive attitude, and good people skills are just as important
