development of systems and processes to drive continual improvement in Operational T&I preparation and executions
the Refinery is currently recruiting for the senior role of Deputy Operations Manager in the Operations Department
headquartered in London, the Prax Group is a leading British, independent energy conglomerate dealing in crude oil, petroleum products and biofuels and is the only British refiner remaining in the UK energy market
supporting business teams in the coordination of the production aspects of turnaround preparation and execution
prax Lindsey Oil Refinery located in North Lincolnshire is a key asset for the Prax Group and is a world-class supplier of quality fuels
Requirements
minimum 10 to 15 years industry experience with managerial roles, preferentially with experience in other operational sites
engineering degree desired but not essential
good technical knowledge of refining processes
good understanding of process safety risks in an oil refinery
global understanding of economics and optimization of refining assets
capabilities to listen, work transversally, promote change, and take decisions
good leadership skills
good communication skills, both written and spoken and at all levels
