Responsibility
- develop, implement, and maintain the business’s ICT policy and procedures
- analyse risks to key ICT systems and agree on priorities; maintain and regularly review contingency BDR plans for ICT systems
- manage internet access filtering, email filtering and anti-virus systems
- activate and oversee business continuity plans if required
- reporting to the SRE Manager, you will liaise with the business leads to understand the business requirements and needs, translating these into technical solutions which ensure the service area continues to enable the business to achieve its targets and objectives
- implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
- develop medium and long term coordinated plan for the continuous development and improvement of the ICT infrastructure in line with the business objectives working with the SRE team leveraging cloud technology where practical
- be the first point of contact for internal IT Issues
