Reviews PRACTICE PLUS GROUP HOLDINGS
It is not a pleasant company to work for at all, they do not appreciate staff and I ended up with "burnout"
There appears to be a manager/deputy for "everything", and the higher you climb, the less you do. They lack staff on the ground, hence clinical staff get burn out and stress and despite this, there is no respect for clinical staff, you can give 110% and they will never appreciate you. There is no respect for staff.
You need to be in with senior management to succeed, if not you will be chewed up and spat out. If you have an issue with any managers, you will not be able to raise this, as they protect each other and will just sweep things under the carpet.
The atmosphere is bad, lots of gossiping behind backs, senior management and area management are included in that gossiping, which is really inappropriate.
It is difficult to achieve the high number of tasks and duties due to the fact they are more interested in reports and pointless meetings (and of course making money).
Senior managers slope off home early, then all the problems arise, leaving staff to do their best to try and problem solve in often volatile situations.
Bullying is horrendous, you will need to be very resilient, otherwise you will be broken.
I could say a lot more, however, I doubt my review would be published
In the spirit of Christmas, I would like to write a glowing review, but alas, there isn't anything cheery or jingleworthy to say about this level 4 naughty lister.
There is nothing good about working for this company
