Responsibility

  • close inbound B2B sales opportunities
  • qualify, research, engage, and respond to inbound prospects while delivering value propositions
  • proactively advance prospects through the stages of the sales cycle
  • accurately manage, and track lead records using Hubspot CRM
  • achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly goals and productivity levels as defined by sales management
  • provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and sales challenges
  • be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, and be able to effectively articulate the value proposition / benefits to potential customers

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales, meeting and exceeding targets
  • fluency in at least one sales methodology
  • demonstrated ability to identify and act upon business opportunities
  • passion and Hunger for closing deals
  • extraordinary communication and presentation skills
  • proven record interacting with global clients, at various levels of the organisation
  • ability to thrive in a startup organisation environment that’s fast evolving
  • high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills
