qualify, research, engage, and respond to inbound prospects while delivering value propositions
proactively advance prospects through the stages of the sales cycle
accurately manage, and track lead records using Hubspot CRM
achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly goals and productivity levels as defined by sales management
provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and sales challenges
be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, and be able to effectively articulate the value proposition / benefits to potential customers
Requirements
at least 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales, meeting and exceeding targets
fluency in at least one sales methodology
demonstrated ability to identify and act upon business opportunities
passion and Hunger for closing deals
extraordinary communication and presentation skills
proven record interacting with global clients, at various levels of the organisation
ability to thrive in a startup organisation environment that’s fast evolving
high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills
