Requirements

- knowledge of the Hotel & Hospitality industry sectors

- knowledge of SQL Databases
- experience of working in a customer service role, dealing with the public either face to face or over the phone
- A-Levels – Any of the following: Maths, Sciences, Technical/Engineering or Computing
