Responsibility

  • provide first point of contact for customer requests, via emails to our ticketing system or phone enquiries
  • provide the customer with a quick response and initial troubleshooting
  • make sure tickets are progressing or resolved
  • sometimes the projects team will need additional resources, and the Support Engineer may be needed to assist
  • use the ticketing system to handle and resolve customer requests

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • likes solving problems and learning new skills
  • strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • good written communications skills
  • an understanding of support tools and techniques
