Requirements

  • site Management Safety Training Scheme , IOSH Managing Safely or similar approved would be an advantage
  • construction Skills Certification Scheme
  • proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry
  • in depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
  • understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental requirements, standards & legislation
  • able to produce and review safe systems of work including method statements and risk assessments and COSHH risk assessments
  • familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
  • project Management: 1 year
