Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced bar manager to manage our busy family owned pub in Ossett
- salary is competitive with additional performance bonus
- shifts will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays as well as shifts over the Christmas and New Year period
- holding a personal license is highly desirable but not essential
- you will be responsible for service operations within the bar, managing cost control, recruitment needs, and general high end organisation, while building and maintaining a strong rapport with both guests and your team

- knowledge in the areas of floor management, licensing and health and safety
