Responsibility
- use analytics to optimise the website and drive website traffic to grow online sales
- ensure online activity is in line with overall brand and marketing strategy
- conduct a site-wide merchandising audit to optimise book categorisation
- support the building of new categories, landing pages, book detail maintenance and promotional activities
- be responsible for data-led product enrichment such as product placement and priority order based on trends
- liaise with the sales and marketing team and IT on the customer journey
- management of promotional codes
- liaise with the customer service team on promotional activity
Requirements
- essential
- strong book knowledge and a natural passion for books and reading
- experience of reporting tools such as GA4 and PowerBI
- experience in a retail merchandising environment, ideally within eCommerce
- established in 1983 Postscript Books is an ambitious mail order, catalogue and eCommerce company based near Newton Abbot, Devon
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
