Requirements
- must be over 21
- must have minimum 1 years’ experience in the residential childcare sector
- residential Childcare
- diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
Responsibility
- having responsibility for the running of your shift as the man point of call
- having the responsibility of decision making in line with policy and procedure and the individual child’s risk assessment
- to ensure the homes documentation is complete, accurate, and kept up to date in accordance with policy and procedure
- to be a positive role model for the children of the home
- as a Senior Support Worker, you will support the children in the homes establishing a quality led service. You will develop safe, professional, supportive, and nurturing relationships with the children
- to promote therapeutic practice within the home in line with our PACE model and lead a team on a day-to-day basis
