Responsibility
- reporting performance on the in-store and online system, troubleshooting any challenges
- managing the stock from our warehouse to site seamlessly
- ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled and managing the returns processes
- ensuring the customer journey, both in-store and online is a positive one, handling any issues and complaints professionally
- responsible for overall day to day running of the store, achieving store stock loss goals, developing and implementing a functional shipment processing system and ensuring a safe environment for all
- leading and inspiring the team to maximise store sales and managing stock levels appropriately
- developing relationships and connections with the local community as an ethical sustainable flagship and recognising ways to maximise footfall
- managing all aspects of people development; Leading, inspiring and developing our existing team of employees, acting as sustainability advocates. Creating & managing staff rotas as well as recruiting and training new staff members
Requirements
- experience in a senior management role working in a small business environment with quality and impact at its heart
- proven track record of upholding excellent service-orientated culture
- ability to positively impact statistical results in sales, payroll and stock loss
- proven record of developing talented individuals
- demonstrable ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions
- awareness of the online retail market and how in-store experience translates to online
- awareness of the competitor landscape and how this impacts the business and team
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, organise and execute projects by priority
