Responsibility

  • provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or learning disabilities
  • assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication prompting
  • promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
  • maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress notes
  • collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • monitor and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental health status
  • ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
