Responsibility
- specialist North West Young People’s Care Organisation seeks dedicated and passionate operations manager to join its senior management team
- be the first point of call into the Operations department
- take ownership of all issues and presenting solutions-based options to the Operations Director
- to become a registered manager for the business and support the existing registered manager and nominated individual in their responsibilities
- to actively support in CQC inspection preparation and be involved in the inspection process
- to support area managers and seniors with guidance, motivation, and personal development plans
- supporting Area Managers with their supervision actions, follow ups and implementation
- utilising your existing knowledge to inform, impact and improve existing practices within the organisation
