Responsibility

  • take responsibility and manage a Customer Portfolio
  • manage day to day requests/enquiries from our Ad-Hoc Customers
  • keep our Internal Chart Management System updated
  • organise Logistics for outgoing orders
  • work with our Support Team remotely to resolve/assist with Customer Queries
  • working closely with our Accounts & Purchasing team
  • take part in the duty on call rota
  • undertake customer visits/deliveries
