here at The Portobello Hotel we are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our team
making reservations, taking payments on invoices, sending and receiving emails
our front desk system is Opera and it would be an advantage but not essential if you have used this previously
we are looking for somebody with great customer care skills, excellent telephone manner and a good level team work and somebody who has some hotel luxury boutique hotel experience already
do you have a passion for looking after guests and making them feel looked after?
this position is based on a working week of 40hrs, with a mixture of early and late shifts and this would be any 5 days out of 7

the Portobello Hotel is a Bohemian Boutique luxury hotel nestled in a leafy corner of Notting Hill, London
we pride ourselves on a very high level of cleanliness throughout our hotel
we are passionate about attention to detail and delivering a fantastic experience for everyone that comes to visit us
we are looking for somebody who has previous experience in a small luxury hotel
the hours would be from 9am - 3pm working any 5 days out of the 7, so this does include weekends
we have 22 individually styled beautiful bedrooms, along with a reception area and a lounge and we are looking for somebody to join a fabulous Housekeeping Team on a part time basis of 30hrs weekly
the role is based with our housekeeping team who are fully responsible for the cleanliness of all of the bedrooms, the corridors, the lounge and reception
we also contribute £1,000 per year to travel expenses
