Responsibility
- the Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service and that the restaurant runs efficiently
- ensures that all staff are working properly and are following company policies and procedures
- reviews all P&L reports with the manager to ensure that the company is meeting financial targets

- they will set goals and oversee the management team to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds financial goals on a weekly basis
- responsible for supervising the work of all managers in the restaurant, ensuring that they meet company standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness of the restaurant
- the manager will also oversee the training of new management team members, as well as ensure that all team members are following safety guidelines and working together as a cohesive unit
- other duties as assigned by management
- reviews all cash flow, labor, inventory, and finance reports with the manager to ensure that they are both meet and exceed company expectations
- reviews all training reports with the manager together with employees who have just completed training to ensure that they are both meet and exceed company expectations
- reviews all kitchen staffing plans together with managers together with students who are looking for work. Together you will review job openings in your area when needed
Requirements
- minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or foodservice setting
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in a restaurant while following sanitation procedures
