Responsibility
- managing the Purchase Ledger function of the business
- reviewing Creditor status, ensuring payments are made on time, credits are received, and the appropriate supplier invoice authorisations are provided
- management of relationships with Landlords; including
- timely rent payments and adjustments
- managing budgets for apartment acquisitions, refurbishments and disposals, and ensuring actual spending is recorded correctly
- ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring the quality and accuracy of the Accounts Payable teams work
- managing relationships with Landlords; ensuring that
- HMRC tax returns
Requirements
- training towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- studying AAT Level 4 or Part Qualified Accountant
- part-qualified AAT, ACCA or ACA with proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- excellent communication skills
- organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- team player
- well presented
- self-motivated, hardworking with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm
